You send us the sketch or the architectural project. We analyse the quantities of materials and present you with a clear financial offer, broken down by each work stage. We don't guess at figures.
Contracting and Site Organisation
We sign the contract. We handle the site logistics: delivery of the first materials, securing the perimeter, and marking out the axes on the plot according to the survey.
Execution of the Works (Foundation and Masonry)
We start the excavation. We reinforce and pour the foundation using only concrete brought by mixer truck from the plant. We continue by raising the masonry in the chosen material (AAC block, Porotherm or traditional cotileț) and pouring the floor slabs.
Shell Handover and the Next Stages
We finish the structure and the roof. We carry out the first major handover together with you. If white-box condition or a turnkey contract was agreed, the installation and finishing crews take over the work immediately.

Do you also handle the building permit?
We only build on the basis of an authorised architectural project. If you don't yet have the building permit from the city hall, we point you to the verified architects we work with, and explain the steps: the urban planning certificate, the project and the necessary approvals.
What guarantee do I get on the work?
The load-bearing structure (foundation, masonry, floor slabs) carries a 5-year contractual guarantee. For finishing and utilities, the guarantee is 2 years. All guarantees are written into the contract, not promised verbally.
